• Step 1 – Place Your Order: Choose your design and complete checkout. You’ll confirm you’re the authorized cardholder during checkout.
• Step 2 – Freeze Your Card (Recommended): Temporarily freeze your card with your bank after ordering and while it’s in transit for added security.
• Step 3 – Shipping or Local Pickup: Ship your card with tracking (snap a quick photo of the sealed package), or schedule local pickup. For pickups, we place your card in a tamper-evident bag with a unique serial code, photograph the seal for our records, and recommend you do the same.
• Step 4 – Arrival & Recording: Unboxing, engraving, chip handling, and resealing are performed under secure recording for chain-of-custody and quality assurance.
• Step 5 – Engraving & Assembly: One trained technician handles your card from start to finish; everything is recorded for accountability.
• Step 6 – Chip Transfer & $0.50 Test (Optional): We typically run a $0.50 authorization to verify chip communication after engraving. If your card is still frozen, it may fail — this is expected. We may contact you to briefly unfreeze for the test. You can opt out — just tell us at purchase.
• Step 7 – Final Seal & Delivery: Your finished card is sealed in new tamper-evident packaging with a fresh serial code (recorded and photographed) and shipped with tracking. On arrival, we recommend photographing the seal for your records; then unfreeze and enjoy.
• Crafted from premium stainless steel or brass for exceptional durability and weight.
• Available in a range of finishes including black, gold, brushed, or matte coatings for a luxury aesthetic.
• Precision-engraved for deep detail and long-lasting quality — every card is one of a kind.
• Compatible with all standard payment systems: chip, tap, and magnetic stripe (issuer permitting).
• Significantly heavier and more durable than plastic cards, offering a refined, modern feel that lasts for years.
• Typical in-studio production: 1–2 business days (varies by workload).
• Standard shipping estimate: 4–5 business days; expedited options available at checkout.
• Your original card is returned along with your finished metal upgrade.
• We recommend insured, trackable shipping for any customer-sent originals.
• Data handling: We never store or retain card information. All chip data is securely transferred and immediately deleted — the process is fully recorded for verification and protection.
• Tamper-evident protocol: Serialized seals on pickups and outbound shipments are logged on camera for chain-of-custody integrity.
• Aura Protect+™ (optional, $50/2 years): One-time courtesy replacement for expiration updates, one-time courtesy replacement for accidental physical damage, free seal reissue, and priority handling. Applies to payment cards only.

• All custom orders become non-refundable once engraving or chip transfer begins.
• If we make a mistake (engraving error, wrong material/color), we’ll remake or issue store credit — submit photos/video within 3 business days of delivery.
• Cancellations before production may incur a 10–20% fee to cover setup/materials.
• Player & trading cards: Also non-refundable once production begins; not covered by Aura Protect+™, but backed by our 30-day craftsmanship guarantee.
