AURA PROTECT+™ – EXTENDED PROTECTION & COVERAGE

Aura Protect+™ is a premium coverage plan that provides lasting peace of mind for your custom card. It extends protection beyond our complimentary craftsmanship guarantee and ensures continued care, priority handling, and verified authenticity with every order.
1️⃣ WHAT’S INCLUDED
• Two-Year Coverage: Protection valid for two (2) years from your original purchase date.
• Courtesy Replacement: One-time replacement for accidental damage, expired cards, or normal wear.
• Free Seal Reissue Guarantee: If tamper seals are damaged in transit or during handling, we’ll reissue them at no cost.
• Priority Service: Covered remakes and replacements receive top-priority handling.
• Chip Functionality Verification: Each card undergoes a secure $0.50 live authorization test to confirm active chip functionality before shipping.
2️⃣ TRANSPARENCY & DATA SECURITY
Every step of the process—from chip removal to engraving and resealing—is performed under recorded, supervised conditions.
• We never store, save, or duplicate any chip or magnetic stripe data.
• All transferred data is handled offline and immediately deleted after verification.
• Recordings are used only for security verification and quality assurance.
3️⃣ TAMPER SEAL & CHAIN OF CUSTODY POLICY
Each order is sealed in a tamper-evident package before leaving our studio. Every seal is serialized, logged, and photographed.
If a seal appears tampered with:
- Do not open the package.
- Take a clear photo of the seal and box condition.
- Contact auraengravings@gmail.com immediately.
If we confirm tampering, your order remains fully covered under Aura Protect+™ for reissue or replacement.
4️⃣ ELIGIBILITY & ENROLLMENT
• Must be added at checkout or within 30 days of your original order.
• Cannot be added or reinstated after 30 days.
• Coverage is non-transferable and valid for the registered customer only.
5️⃣ COMPLIMENTARY 30-DAY CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY
Every Aura Engravings product includes a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing or engraving defects not caused by wear, misuse, or tampering.
6️⃣ EXCLUSIONS
• Lost or stolen cards (unless verified by carrier report)
• Intentional damage or misuse
• Unauthorized modifications or third-party alterations
• Shipping fees for replacements (unless otherwise stated)
