Aura Engravings – Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging, shipping, and handling every custom order to ensure your product arrives safely and securely. Our process follows the same chain-of-custody and recorded handling standards that apply to all Aura Engravings products.
1. Order Processing
All custom orders are engraved and assembled in-house under recorded supervision. Processing times are typically 1–2 business days depending on workload and complexity. For added transparency, each order is assigned a unique internal tracking code during production.
Important: For payment card orders, no card data is ever stored. Chip and magnetic stripe information are transferred directly to the custom card under secure conditions, then permanently deleted immediately after the process is complete. No digital or physical record of this data is retained.
2. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via tracked and insured carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
- Standard shipping: 4–5 business days (after processing).
- Express options: Available at checkout depending on your location.
- Local pickup: Available for select customers in the Denver, Colorado area by appointment only.
3. Verification & Quality Check
Before shipment, all payment cards undergo a final verification process under secure recorded supervision. This includes visual inspection, chip installation review, and if applicable, a brief live chip authorization test (for $0.50) to confirm communication integrity. You will be notified in advance if temporary unfreezing is required.
4. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility for transit delays or loss transfers to the shipping carrier. All shipments include tracking and are packaged in tamper-evident sealed bags for your protection. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact the carrier first, then notify us within 3 business days so we can assist with the claim process.
5. International Orders
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Customs fees or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow additional time for customs clearance.
6. Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully during checkout. Aura Engravings is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at purchase.
7. Updates & Notifications
Customers receive automated updates via email or SMS (if selected) once their order ships. These include real-time tracking and delivery confirmations. We recommend monitoring your shipment closely after dispatch to ensure timely receipt.
