Welcome to Aura Engravings. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms ensure clarity, security, and transparency for both you and our team.
1. Our Services
Aura Engravings specializes in creating premium, custom-engraved cards — including personalized metal payment cards and collectible player/trading cards. Each item is crafted with precision, handled under secure conditions, and quality-checked before shipping to ensure the best possible experience.
2. Customer Responsibility & Authorization
By purchasing a custom payment card, you confirm that you are the lawful owner and authorized cardholder of the card being customized. This acknowledgment is made through a required consent checkbox during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, artwork, and specifications. Aura Engravings is not liable for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete submissions.
3. Secure Handling & Chain of Custody
Every card received is handled under recorded conditions for transparency and accountability. Only one authorized technician manages each card from start to finish.
- Local pickups: Cards are sealed in tamper-evident bags with unique serial numbers; seals are logged and photographed.
- Shipped orders: Unboxing, engraving, and resealing are recorded on video. Outbound packages are re-sealed and shipped via trusted carriers with tracking.
Card Data Policy: Aura Engravings never stores or retains any card chip or magnetic stripe information in any form. Data is transferred directly from the customer’s original card to their custom metal card in a secure, offline environment. Once the transfer is complete, all temporary data is immediately deleted, and the full process is recorded for verification and transparency.
4. Refunds & Order Changes
Once engraving begins, the process is irreversible. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after production has started. If you need changes, contact us immediately after placing your order.
5. Payment & Pricing
All orders must be paid in full through our website before production begins. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will honor the price shown at checkout.
6. Liability & Limitations
Aura Engravings is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or handling. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
7. Intellectual Property & Design Ownership
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted designs, logos, or content do not infringe on trademarks or copyrights. Aura Engravings may refuse any design that violates intellectual property laws or includes prohibited content such as government-issued IDs or licenses.
8. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Once an order leaves our studio, responsibility for transit delays, loss, or damage transfers to the shipping carrier. All shipments include tracking and are documented under our tamper-seal system to maintain transparency and integrity.
9. Aura Protect+™ Coverage
Aura Engravings offers Aura Protect+™, an optional protection and assurance plan.
Included Craftsmanship Guarantee (Standard):
- Every engraved card includes a 30-day Craftsmanship Guarantee covering engraving defects or production errors. If an issue arises within 30 days of delivery, we will repair or replace your card at no cost.
Optional Aura Protect+™ Plan:
- Available for $50, covering a period of two years from the original purchase date.

Includes:
- One-time courtesy replacement for card expiration (when updating your card to a new issue).
- One-time courtesy replacement for accidental physical damage (bent, scratched, or normal wear).
- Free seal reissue if tamper seals are damaged during transit or handling.
- Priority service for all covered replacements.
- Exclusions: Intentional damage, lost or stolen cards, fraudulent activity, unapproved modifications, or costs of shipping for replacement orders.
Aura Protect+™ must be purchased within 30 days of the original order date and cannot be added retroactively.
Aura Protect+™ is a voluntary plan and not an insurance product; it provides additional peace of mind and priority service.
10. Privacy & Data Handling
We take privacy seriously. No customer card information is stored digitally beyond what is necessary to complete your order. Handling is recorded strictly for quality assurance and dispute protection. Recordings remain confidential and are stored securely. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aura Engravings, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses related to the alteration or customization of your card.
12. Updates to These Terms
Aura Engravings may modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
