4. Aura Protect+™ Information

If you purchase Aura Protect+™, we securely store minimal data related to your coverage period, eligibility, and replacement status. This information is used only to verify warranty claims or authorize courtesy replacements. No payment or sensitive data is retained beyond standard transaction records.

5. Information Security

Your privacy and data security are a top priority. We use encrypted data transmission, secure payment gateways, and restricted access storage. Only authorized team members have access to customer information, and only for necessary order fulfillment.

Card Data Policy: Aura Engravings never stores or retains any payment card chip or magnetic stripe information in any system, device, or software. During the chip transfer process, data is moved directly from the customer’s original card to their custom metal card in a closed, offline environment. Once the transfer is complete, all temporary data is automatically deleted, and the process is recorded for verification and transparency.

The only customer information retained in our system is limited to standard account or order data (name, contact, and transaction details) strictly for order management and service continuity.
