That’s why we’ve designed every step of our process to be secure, transparent, and fully accountable. From the moment your card leaves your hands to the moment it’s returned to you, we take every precaution to ensure it remains safe and protected. Here’s a look at the steps we follow from start to finish to give you complete peace of mind:

Step 1: Confirm & Proceed Securely

Before your order begins, take a moment to read every part of the Terms & Conditions — they outline the exact process, security steps, and important details about your card’s protection and delivery. Once you’ve reviewed them, check the box at checkout to confirm your understanding. This step isn’t just a formality — it ensures full transparency, keeps your project compliant, and guarantees your order is handled with care from start to finish. After that, you’re ready to lock in your order and move forward with confidence.

Step 2: Pre-Shipment Security — Freeze Your Card (Optional)

Before shipping, you can choose to temporarily freeze your card for extra peace of mind. This prevents any transactions while your card is in transit or being worked on. If you freeze it, don’t worry — once your custom card is ready, we may contact you to briefly unfreeze it so we can perform a one-cent test charge to confirm chip functionality before shipment. It’s completely optional, but it helps ensure your card works perfectly when it arrives back to you.

Step 3: Send It or Schedule Pickup

Once your order is confirmed, you can either ship your card directly to us or schedule a secure local pickup. Whichever option you choose, every step of the process is carefully documented for your protection and peace of mind. If you’re shipping your card, take a quick photo of your sealed package before sending it through your carrier. This simple step helps confirm your shipment’s condition and supports our chain-of-custody standards. If you’re scheduling a pickup, our team will seal your card inside a serialized tamper-evident bag upon arrival. We’ll photograph the seal for our internal record — and you’re welcome to take your own for personal reference as well.

Step 4: Arrival & Workshop Handling

Once your package arrives, it’s logged, photographed, and brought directly into our secured workspace. Every card is handled under constant surveillance from the moment it’s received. If your package was shipped, we’ll verify and document the condition of the box and its tamper seal before opening. If it was picked up locally, we’ll show that the seal remains intact before the process begins. From there, your card moves into our precision workflow — one technician, one card at a time — ensuring complete accountability from start to finish.

Step 5: Engraving & Assembly

With verification complete, your card moves into the engraving phase — where precision meets design. Using professional-grade laser technology, your details are etched with exacting accuracy, transforming your concept into a sleek, functional work of art. Every step is recorded for full transparency. Once the engraving and chip placement are complete, the system is cleared of all data, and your card undergoes one final inspection under precision lighting before being sealed for delivery.

Step 6: Seal & Packaging

Once your card passes final inspection, it’s carefully prepared for shipment. Every order is placed into a tamper-evident package, sealed with a unique serial code for authenticity and security. The seal number is shown on camera and logged before shipping, ensuring total accountability from start to finish. Inside, your card is cushioned in premium protective materials to prevent scratches or bending during transit. Nothing leaves the workshop without being double-checked, sealed, and verified — giving you confidence that what arrives is exactly what left our hands.

Step 7: Delivery & Verification

Once sealed, your package is handed off to a trusted, trackable carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves our facility so you can follow it every step of the way. When your package arrives, we recommend photographing the tamper-evident seal before opening for your own records — this ensures both ends of the process stay transparent and secure. Inside, you’ll find your newly engraved metal card, along with your original plastic card returned safely in the same shipment. Unbox, inspect, and experience the craftsmanship firsthand.
